Mr. Lake is a proponent of the Linux operating system. On March 11, 2002, he gave a presentation to the Columbus (Ohio) Computer Society entitled "Linux: What You Want To Know". The focus of this presentation was toward the non-technical computer user, to share what the user might want to know before making the change from Microsoft Windows.
