Thanks for a great article, as a christian woman in a marriage covenant I am always seeking new ways to Honor God, and that in turn I know will flow and honor my husband. I think that in today's society even amongst christians we try to rationalize our behavior and therefore don't always recognise it as sin. For instance, if I as a christian woman feel that my "emotional needs" are not being met by my husband, then I might start fantasising that another man would and could do it much better than the man God had given me. If I am not careful I can go down a path of destruction very carefully. Therefore I need to determine in my heart, to walk in righteousness always with God, seeking him out all of the time so that my heart remains alert to the decietfulness of sin!
I wrote an article on my site Called,How does a christian woman respect her husband, this was a three part article as the lord had given me some great insight. http://www.thecostofdiscipleship.com/how-does-a-christian-woman-respect-her-husband-part-1/
I hope that it is a blessing to you as well
have a great day
