Ancient Israel and the U.S.A.

Once upon a time, there was a country, ancient Israel, that had been singularly founded by and blessed by God –

just like America.

Israel sinned against God repeatedly –

just like America.

God had been merciful and forgiving to Israel, over and over again –

just like America.

But God is just. He judged this blessed, but evil, country by allowing the consequences of their godless actions to destroy their nation. This same loving, forgiving, but just God has His hand on America. The current presidential candidates, whom the “win at any cost” people of America have chosen, all promise to lead America into God’s judgment.

America is like the Titanic, rich, luxurious and secure. But as God is righteous, His judgment is sure. All He need do to judge us is what He is now doing — allow us to continue in our own choices.

The question that my brothers and sisters in Christ, the faithful remnant in America, must answer is whether you will, with the U.S.A., perish in the freezing waters of God’s judgment or whether you will, in humbleness and humility, beseech the Almighty to give us the grace to establish the Christian States of America.

May God give us all wisdom, grace and courage.

My God is always absolutely right in whatever He decides to do. But He is also able to destroy and save in the same action. Remember Noah, and remember the remnant is willing to perish even if He does not save . Keep your spiritual chin up and your eyes fixed wholly on His printed word. (not the vague hype that is being handed out as His new revelation.)

Thanks for the encouragement and admonition, Shelby.
With reference to the judgment of Judah, the southern Kingdom, Daniel, Hananiah, Mischawl and Azariah were righteous young men before their country was conquered and they were carried away into Babylon. They suffered the judgment of their king and countrymen, but God preserved them through their trials, which included a night in a lions’ den and a stint in a furnace. God was probably closer to them then than He had ever been to them in Judah.
One thing we must notice, however, is that, with the other faithful of God through the ages, they took a stand for righteousness wherever they were.
We 21st century American Christians must take a stand for righteousness and to be willing to make the necessary sacrifices that this may entail.
